Light the Night at L.A. Live

We have had the honor of managing many charity walks for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in Southern California and last year, the Los Angeles walk presented a wonderful challenge in needing to move to a larger venue.  Sunday Sol Events was tasked with moving the long standing event to a new location. The winner was a dynamic entertainment center in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, L.A. Live.  This public entertainment complex elevated the guest experience and increased the event exposure.

Event Goals Met:

  •  Determine a walk-route to safely lead 3,000+ walkers through the streets of Downtown Los Angeles.
  •  Orchestrate a load-in that could meet venue requirements, which had considerably less time for event set up and break down.
  •  Create a truly dynamic experience for walkers, with Main Stage Entertainment, a Kids Zone, Food Service and more.
